The service

Family Passport Photo provides a browser-based tool that resizes, crops and adjusts photos you supply to match published passport and visa photo specifications, and checks them for common problems. A preview is free. A one-time payment unlocks downloads of the processed photo for the document you selected.

No guarantee of acceptance

Acceptance of any photo is decided solely by the issuing government authority. Our checks cover measurable requirements and common rejection reasons; they can't judge everything an official may consider. You are responsible for supplying a recent, unedited photo of the applicant that meets the rules for your application.

Acceptable use

Use the tool only for photos of yourself or people you are authorised to apply for, such as your children. Don't use it to alter someone's appearance or to create misleading identity documents.

Payments and refunds

Payments are processed by PayPal. Bisket LLC is the seller of record for all orders. We handle customer service and refunds directly. See our refund policy.

Liability

The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the purchase in question.
