About Family Passport Photo

Family Passport Photo is a small independent tool for making passport and visa photos at home. It exists so families can skip the pharmacy line, especially with babies who won't sit still for a store camera.

How it works

The maker runs in your web browser. It finds the face and the top of the head in your photo, sizes the head to the range your document requires, straightens small tilts, replaces the background with the required colour, and checks lighting, sharpness, eyes and expression. Your photo is never uploaded to our servers; the processing happens on your device.

Previews are free. A one-time payment unlocks the full-resolution photo, a 4x6 print sheet and a digital upload file for the document you chose.

What we are not

We are not a government agency, and we're not affiliated with the U.S. Department of State, USCIS, or any embassy or consulate. Acceptance is decided by the issuing authority. We publish the official rules with links to their sources and update them when they change; if an official page disagrees with ours, follow the official page.
